I am too lazy to go to my garage right now to check my front sprocket.

I went to a local dealer today and ordered a one tooth smaller sprocket and a second air filter. The dealer had no part #'s and had to call Honda direct for the info. I took his word for the fact that the stock sprocket is 15T and allowed him to order me a 14T replacement. Then I read somewhere that the stock sprocket is 14T What gives? Is it 14 or 15 tooth from the factory?

the curiosity killed me and I had to go look. Stock is 14T dammit.

so do they have a 13 tooth out right now..??

i dont think that the 13 tooth 450r sprocket is out yet however i got a 13 tooth sprocket for the 450 dirtbike and it is excatly the same ................. minus one tooth :rolleyes: the honda factory sprocket is about 30 bucks but an aftermarket is about 15.

This doesnt surprise me... sounds like the dealership near me that tried to tell me the 400EX was liquid cooled as he pointed to the oil tank and oil cooler and referred to the oil cooler as being a radiator... <no BS either> :rolleyes:

when i bought my 400ex the dumb-***** told me the hand brake was an all wheel brake, what an idiot
