How much does it cost to get arens frame. because i figuered to do the conversion it would be easier to buy a frame and i heard they where cheaper then other frames and that they were still good. And how much does it cost for a radatior and like estimated cost for everything you need to build it including the frame price.

Is that like with out having to make any mods to put a 450 motor in the frame, would it be cheaper/better to modifiy the stock 400ex frame or buy the arens frame.

i'm 90% sure this is the price...

the bare frame is 1400$ from arens... it'll mount a 400ex/450f motor...

now for like 2,000$ u get a 450/400 frame... with it u get 450 motor mounts, his new oversized radiator, all spacers, and u get the carb boot to make ur air box mount up to the crf motor...

his frame will be around 1000 - 1500$ cheaper then the rest...

i think the next one is 2400$ for the frame 450$ for a radiator, then ur carb boots and stuff like that...

I dont belive Arens is in business anymore.

I'm sure the new production rules about factory frames killed their business. It's a shame though, loved their R frames.

My friend just did a swap and put a 450r motor in his 400ex frame and it wasn't to bad so I would go that route.
