View Full Version : Bead Damage?
I recently picked up a pair of Kenda Klaw fronts for a good price and upon inspection I found the bead cord showing in one spot. The rubber is still there but it can be peeled back. It appears to be from mounting/dismounting. Is this something I should be concerend about? Will it affect longevity/usability?

JOEX, correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I can remember you have beadlocks and that'll be fine. I think a beadlock would hold if you were to cut that section out! They're :macho !

Yea, I have Hipers ;) I don't plan on cutting it out, it's just a flap of rubber. I'll just make sure that side is on the ring side.
Thanks, Joe
