Bruised Ribs

Took acouple spills yesterday on a dirt bike. Didnt hurt last night but today they hurt bad. How long does it usually take for them to not hard as bad so i can ride again?

probbly a few days, depending on ho bad you bruised them. My guess is that you'll be able to ride this weekend if its not a major bruis.

i got 4 bruised ribs when i crashed at jollies..funfun..just put lots of ice on them..it took me 5 days and they we better...

They arent bruised to bad and i think i only bruised like 2 of em. Chit happens i guess.

i bruised 3 during football last year and it was very painful i could barely walk for about a week and a half i was out for about 2 weeks from football then got rib pads but it still hurt bad but take it easy for a while they take awhile to heal

when i hurt/ bruised my ribs/back i wasn't moving alot for the rest of the day,it didn't hurt that much,but the next day was hell,lol i still rode and being young and stupid(still am)it made it hurt even worse for about a week:p
