Poor 300EX Front Shocks

I have stock shocks on the front of my 300EX and they bottom out when I jump high. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about where i can find some cheap priced taller shocks for my 300EX or if I could but 400EX shocks on my 300EX? :confused: If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Get a durablue lowering kit, and 400ex shocks
this should only run out under 200$

you can get 400ex aarms,shocks,tierods,and lowering kit for a little under 300$ (much cheaper then buying aftermarket shocks) you will also gain handling because of the extra with

you could probably go to a junk yard and pick them up for even less.

What kind of shocks would I look for at the junk yard?

250r shocks or 400ex shock will work....
if you go to a junk yard...make sure you get a complete front end off the bike like the guy up there said.....you'll need to weld anothe top shock mout on your 300ex to make room for the taller shocks but it would handle better and have better shock plus +2

while your there look for a 350x and get that rear shock and swingarm....and the air boot.....rock on........you'll have to do a little modifying on that too but it'll work and it'll be +1 i think maybe +1 1/2..later

unless you see some good aftermarket shocks lying around.then snatch them bad boy up and come on home.....(unless their taller than your 300ex....then get the complete front end
