Heres one, we got the rest of the cross bars on now too. We just have a little left to do, then the axel, wood, and paint it, and we will be in ACTION!:devil:

this is just me but if you used expanded metal instead of wood wouldnt that be better?

expanded metal doesnt come cheap.

Yeah, the expanded metal isnt cheap. We are using wood, then spraying a waterproof spray, with grip on it. It should be fine.

Narly. id strongly suggest taking your cross beams down asap and put a third tranny beam down the middle. Being an 8ft wide ramp it will most likely need some center support. just a suggestion

i cant strees expanded enough.
think about it. how much time , money, screwing around and worry will you have in jerk-a-lerking with paint, wood, and sand. for the life of that ramp. you put the mesh on it and your done forever.
its only $32 a sheet.

We are putting a middle brace down the middle.;) We might try to use expanded metal, we arnt too shure right now, I was just saying we might do that, we arnt for shure yet.

no sir
even at some of the higher priced places, highest i found it was like $48 for a 4x8 sheet
now stainless steel is insane, i think its like $345 a sheet when i checked
