Chain and sprockets

i need a new chain and sprockets for my 250r. are the primary drive chain and sprockets good? what would be good gearing for HS with a pretty much stock motor?

stock is 13/39

i would say drop a tooth in the front. and run a 12/39, or go up one in the back, and run a 12/40.

oops, scratch what i just said!!! you said for HS. I would up up one in the front, or down one in the back...someone correct me if i'm wrong!!
