stiffer suspenison?

ok well i heard somewhere that instead of buying new suspension you can just buy stiffer springs? is this true? im looking for them for a 300ex. Does anyone no where i can get these?

Just turn the bottom of the shock.. you can adjust it.. and you can adjust it to set lower and higher (stiffer) (softer)..

you need to get some after market shocks. your riding skill has increased passed the level of those shocks. new shocks, or maybe move up to a 400ex.
