85 atc 250 r

I am selling a 85 atc 250R with lots of new parts, for a friend. New parts include.......
clutch & clutch springs
rear axle bearings
piston & rings w/ 20 over bore
crank has been trued & balanced w/ new lower rod bearing
all bearings on the crank shaft have been replaced
chain & sprockets
new brakes (front & rear)
water pump gasket.
It does have a reed spacer, FMF pipe, power core silencer. I am not sure on the air filter; I do know it is either a pro flow or a uni filter. It does need new swing arm bearings and new pipe between the rear axle bearings. Asking $1300 OBO. Oh, almost forgot the shocks are all in perfect working order. No leaks or nothing. It has over a $1000 worth of new parts with the receipts to prove it. thankx for looking. :) :)
