i havce another shock question. whats the diff between triple and dula rate shocks?im just the casual weekend rider that likes to do a few jumps every now and then, nothin monterous.

triple rate shocks soak up more small bumps...i dont think you can tell a difference with the triple rate shocks & the dual rates on stock a-arms though b/c there isnt enough leverage on the shocks untill +1 or +2 a-arms.

triple rate have an extra spring(3 total) for the small bumps opposed to the dual rate which only have 2

Tripple rates really only make a difference in hard cornering and body roll. As far as jumping goes, there isn't much difference.

will triple rates make your quad sit higher????????

No they shouldn't make it sit any higher, the shock is still the same length, you just have an extra spring.
