I know the jetting questions have been done to death but my quad always ran well with the stock jetting and the yosh slip on. But now i feel like jetting it the right way. Anyone have any ideas on which are the proper jets? I also have a K & N. I did a search but can find anything on which jets to go with. Thanks

I was running a 165 main jet with a Yosh slip on and a K&N. It seemed perfect for my quad.

The biggest I would go is 158 main with lid off, 155 main with lid on winter. 155 main lid off, 152 lid on summer. This is on a stock 400 with no other mods. than slip on and air filter. Most people over jet.

Good luck

I found what wrks for me is to just cruise in 3rd gear and then nail it wide open if it has instant throttle responce bump it up 1 until it has a hesition then back it down 1. I got a 42 pilot and a 165 main no choke with a yosh full system. mine has instant throttle responce. I found this is what works best for me. not everybody lives where you do so they cant jet your bike for you . try my suggestion and see how it works for you.
