400ex 2003 vs 400ex 2004

Hi guys, I have a banshee 2000 and I want to get a honda 400 ex. I see on the honda website that the 400 ex 2004 have a 38mm carburator and the 400 ex 2003 have a 35.5 mm carburator. Does anyone on this site own a 2004 400 ex?? If so, does it have any difference in performance between the 2 400ex??I want to know to take my decision!!

I like it alot. so far it has the sparks flywheel key and XR cam, PRM skids, shockwares and I have an AC bumper comming. some time in the next couple of weeks I will get a HMF pipe. as you can see I'm just getting started ;)
