Place to ride in Dayton,Oh. area??

Hey, im a new member,so far way cool site!I recently purchased a 2002 yellow 400 EX.My problem is I live in the city of Dayton and can't seem to find a cool place to ride without driving 50 miles. Any help would be appreciated. I have some family near Sidney, and ride with about 15 guys...all eager to check out a new spot.

I have ridden in Eaton/Springfield. There is a place a few miles off of I-675 in Eaton. The State Farm insurance agent(Bud) has his office by the Sportsplex. His land is a couple miles down the road.He requires you to sign a waiver..donate if you wanna. He has some open fields..but the cool part is lots of woods with big hills. As for Kenworthy's..I have been to a meeting and signed up.I have a buddy in Sidney,that got me hooked up with Scott Wagner in Wapakoneta.He has a bad ***** track. He just incorporated and is making it bigger as I type. I checked it out on Sat. We are going this Sat. The name of his track is Pusheta Creek MX Park. He 's a real nice guy and is looking for mature riders.Anyone interested in hooking up to go ride lemme know.

Are any of these places close to cincinnati? Looking for new places to ride I live like 5 minutes away from argosy casino in lawrenceburg, in which is 25 minutes from cincy. Thanks.

Hey..Dayton is about 40-45 minutes north on 75 from Cincy. Bud's is about 10-15 minutes from my house. It is mainly woods riding with some steep hills. I rode Pusheta Creek MX park on Sat. The track is great. Some of the jumps are more suited to bikes..but the owner is currently making the track bigger and more quad friendly. There is about 2 acres of woods with a couple good jumps. The track is pretty big and actually has a section that goes into the woods. After riding 2 laps I was exhausted. This was my first time really charging on a track. I now have a new respect for the guys that race. I am still sore on Tuesday:eek2: If anyone wants to go,it is in Wapakoneta. It is about a 1hour 10 min. drive from Dayton..but worth the drive.

I would just make the trip to Haspin Acers in IN. i live here in Springboro and im getting ready to leave as i type. It has everything to offer! You can take Rt.725 almost the whole way there. Its about 100 miles though and takes 1 and 1/2 hours to get there but worth it! Check out there web sight. Where abouts is the place in Eaton, My family is from Brookville about 2 town away.

im in dayton also i ride at wayne all the time also go down to perry state forest. i have a few local spots i ride around here im interested in hooking up with some of u too ride love to check out the mx track

Cool to see other people from here! TRFOXX the place in Eaton is a couple miles off I-675 between Dayton/Springfield. It is mainly hilly trails in the woods,but quite a few of them. I have ridden the MX track now a few times. The place is well kept and the owner,is currently making the track longer. I bought a membership there for $75,and it is a real good time. It is just taking off,but the owner has big plans to make it a great spot.It is in Wapakoneta(Wapak)..just south of Lima on I-75.I have yard work to do this weekend,so I probably won't go up there this Sat. Send me a PM with your #'s and we can set up a trip to the track.

sweet i want to go riding soo bad i was at a race down south sunday with a friend he was riding a ktm i wanted too race my rap was not done so i could not race.. yeah i want to go for sure do they allow bikes there? This weekend not good for me either though, hopefully getting my 450

Hey,it sounds like the weather is gonna be crappy(rain) this weekend. Yes, they allow bikes.There are probably more bikes than quads.Some of the jumps are better suited for bikes. Last week there was a 5 or 6 year old there on a beefed up 50 KTM. He was ripping it up, that thing sounds cool too! I'll post before the next scheduled trip up there. If this weekend is crappy..then count on the next Sat.

Yeah..sorry man,been busy with yard work/waiting out the weather. I will be going to the track if it is nice this weekend. If you want to go,the owner charges $15 a day. I thought it was a little high, but the place is pretty nice. The yearly membership is $75.00. I was gonna send you a PM to just go ride at Bud's in Eaton..but left my helmet etc. up in Sidney at my buddies house:(

There is a spot behind the new WalMart in Kettering. My buddy and I go there to ride for a couple of hours. It's a sand pit, there are trails and a couple of jumps. I have some video of the jumps. The jumps are just confidence builders, nothing big.

Hey,the place behind the new Wal-mart sounds good! I live in east Dayton,at Rt. 35/Smithville area. I started the membership process w/ Kenworthy's..haven't heard from anyone there since.:huh The track I go to is in northern Ohio..in Wapak to be exact. It is pretty stretched out and is alot of different terrain. It's cool to see more people replying to this thread..let hook up and do some riding. When the stinkin' rain goes away!:mad:

called hams hill west alexandria?, private land, good hill climbs,
trails. guy takes a five dollar donation, not a bad place to ride.

Hey Dayton locals, I checked out the spot at the Wal-mart with Poyntman 400ex last night. He is a cool guy,wierd thing is we found out our wives work for the same company(small world).
The spot is pretty cool,it has sand,sand hills,some woods,and a small "track" in the woods with 2 decent jumps.There is lots of general terrain,so there is some fun stuff for any skill level.I'll definately go back,probably 15 acres total. Thanks to Brian:D
