i am saving for a quad two mess around on pick one
lt250r
250ex
blaster
z250
blasters are two stroke..i dont like them. I havent ridden the other four wheelers except the 250ex & it is great for messing around with...if your a bigger kid or grownup this will be too small for you IMO

I started out on a blaster and i liked it. I think its a great bike to learn on or mess around on. But it is two-stroke and will need more maintenace. I would stay away from the lt250r, if you want a R get a honda. My friend has a 250ex and its a great bike, not alot of power but fun to ride. If you want power and more speed i would get the blaster. But if you want reliability i would go with the 250ex.

I know this is a Honda forum (and they are great), but for a quad to "mess around with" the LT250R is the best one. it's two stroke with an awesome powerband, and can easily be modified if you want to hit light speed. I had a Honda 300EX before I got my new DS650, but my friend has a LT250R that bone stock left my 300 in the dust. The Honda 250 R is faster than the Zuki and if you can find one for under 5-6 grand jump on it, other than that the Zuki is by far the best of the bikes you have listed.
