slipping clutch!!!!

i have the adjusters all the way out on both the perch and on the moter but it still slipps and also when you let out the clutch it releases really late do i need new plates?????
one more thing if i need new plates do i need the special honda clutch tool to hold the clutch wile i take it off???? thanx in advance

here is a bump for you...

well......do u have the proper slack in your clutch or is there no slack at all?what kinda of oil are you running? do you have bad clucth cable?
