Viton Valve Seal Install.....Please Help

I am trying to install my new Viton Valve seals. Do you have to use a specail tool or how are you guys installing these? Please help and give me any advise.

What problems are you having? If the old ones have been removed, just put a little oil on the valve stem and guide area. Using your thumb and index finger, slide the seal over the valve stem like an umbrella, until the outer part (skirt) of the seal "snaps" over the top of the guide and into the groove. Then assemble the valve spring and retainer ***'y. onto that valve stem. Don't compress the valve spring so much as to crush the viton seal or coil-bind the spring. P.S. you can do it much quicker than it just took me to type this with two fingers!
