How to Increase Inbox Capacity ?

My inbox continues to give out "inbox full" messages to those trying to leave messages; can someone tell me if the parameters can be changed and if so, how ? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can do that. you need to go through and erase the old PMs you don't need any longer.

and if you want to keep them just copy and paste the contains of the PM in a word document or something.

You need to be sure to delete you sent PM's also.
