were is this on the carb ?

its on the bottom, should be the only one you can turn with a flathead.

yep, it is on the bottom of the carb. it is a bronze color. it is tough to get too when the carb is on the bike though. you will need a really small, thin flat blade skrewdriver unless you want to remove the carb.
