Have you all seen these? They are in the Feb. 04 (pg167) issue of dirtwheels. Are they available yet? I kinda like the look of them i, so i was just wondering if anyone had any more info on them.

Thanks

I've seen them and they look pretty nice. Bill Ballance was at the shop yesterday and was saying that the rears are awesome. They should be out in a couple months.

I saw them at the dealer show they look good, They have a little bit of that stock tire appearance with alot of side bite and they are spaced out a little more. he said they will be released in a week or two. I think i might try them out. He also said they would be cheaper than the razr 2

Seems like they would offer a rougher ride.. I don't know how much PSI was in the ones at the dealer show but I pushed on it and it was like pushing down on a concrete block..:huh

One thing I noticed is that they seemed to have a pretty soft tread compound.

I'll be interested to see how they hold up & their puncture resistance... I'm always game for the advantages of a radial tire :)

The tread compound is what i really look for. I ride the roads to much to get a soft compound tire. Is the razr 2 soft? i know the original razrs have fairly hard rubber. How hard are the klaws and knarlys by kenda?

Why would Maxxis use Hiper rims?? I would think they would use their own....
