what to buy..

I am looking for a new atv. I want to modify my blaster but when i get older i will be way to big for it. I ride mainly open feilds and maybe acouple of tight trails with big hill climbs. I am 5foot 11in and about 130lbs. I like 2-stroke or 4. I would like to stay away from polaris unless i get a pred cheap. I dont really want to spend over 3000 but i may spend up to 3500.
Honda, yamaha i dont reall care. So right now i am looking at..
98 and up banshee
maybe a raptor
400ex
highly modded 300ex
pred 500
Z400
kfx400
Do you think i can get these in my price range?

the 400ex sounds perfect for you. It's a good quad that's highly reliable, upgradeable and the price is right.

def 400ex KFX400/z400 because you get a little bit of everything and are pretty reliable

the z's/kfx's arent as reliable as the ex's...but they are the tiniest bit faster

around here new ones were sellin for 3000 so you might have a hcance of getting that low

sure u can get a 400 in ur price range. i got a 400ex in april of last year when no better quads were out for 2800. that was a damn good deal. just look around and try to get one partily modded for around 2700 or 2800 save some money incase something breaks.
