Handlebars

I finally bent my handlebars today on my 300, time for new ones, Any recondmentions? I want some close to the 300ex stock ones with less pull back... i was thinking cr high bends or someting?? any help please?

Renthal has ones called the ATV Race bend. Those are the ones I am getting.

Go for renthals man, they are awesome bars, i have them on my 300EX. When you replace the stock bars though you cant put the handlebar plastic back on, so you need to get an 87' 250X ignition key holder, heres a pic of that...

My friend has renthals on his 400ex , and he rolled it toay, a complete roll and the handlebars were fine, they didnt bend at all. Heres a few more pics of the 87' 250X ignition holder, it costs around 14.00- 16.00

I highly suggest tag x-5, 20% stronger, same price, better looks (imho)

my renthals bent on the first roll. but they are still good bars.lol. i too think that Tag bars are awsome, i also like protaper bars.

I have had renthals on my quad for well over a year now. They are indesctructible. I have rolled it at least two times on the bars. And my sister's fiance rolled it on the bars once. I also have landed real hard when i had my stock shocks on. I know they might have bent a little bit, but not much at all. They are awesome!

I would get the tag t-2 or protapper. Much stonger and thicker than renthals. I had a set of renthals until the left side of the bar broke completly off when I landed off a jump and cause a big wreck. Now I have the tag t-2 and jump that same jump with now problems anymore. I will never use renthals again. ( Not trying to bash or get anything started) Just my own personal opion and experiance with them.

broke right above the crossbar...where i bolts, on the throttle side.

Mine broke in the same place except on the clutch lever side. I went flippin with the quad after that and bent the steering stem while doing it all because of the renthals.

300ex rules-

They are the 300EX Bend, I like them alot better than stock, they have a nice feel to them. I still havent given them a full rollover test, but ive seen quads with them rolled without them bending or breaking.
