handlebar gell pads

does anyone no where i can pick up some handlebar gell pads too that go under the bards and move down a little when i and big jumps so it takes the blow not my wrists.

ya if thats what allows yours bars to move a little where they are mounted, how much are they and where can i get some info on them

I think for the most part you want rubber mounts for your bars. I'm pretty sure you need to buy a whole new stem and clamp kit. Expect to pay at least 250$.
