all parts came off a 86. there will be more as the week goes on.

some motor components are 88.

can anyone tell me what the differance is between 86/87-88/8 is. PM if you know. thanks

86 and 87 motors are short cranks, 88-89 are long cranks, and also diffrent cyliner sizes.

are the cases and cylinders interchangeable along with the cylinder.

cases are if you want to run a 86 cylinder on a long rod you need to use the 86 piston and the spacer plate the 88 -89 cylinders will only fit the long rod i believe the long rod pistons have a cut out in the back
