my bearings in my rear axle are going bad! what should i do replace everything-axle,bearings, carrier, or just the bearings? i am upgrading my front suspesion now to a 400ex setup so my front is 4 inches wider! should i make my new rear axkle wider to? also who has the best prices? my bike is a 98 300ex

it would be a lot cheaper to just replace the bearings in the rear. I got an RPM carrier after my stock bearing siezed up and started chewing my carrier up. RPM makes excellent products, i recomend them HIGHLY. As for axle, a wider axle wouldn't hurt. it will help out a lot, better stability and stronger, (UNLESS YOU GET A DURABLUE). this is just my opionion but i would stay away from durablue axles, i've seen three of them break. I've never seen an RPM break. RPM IS THE GREATEST!!!!!!!!!

get a new carrier with a zerk, and a plus 4 axle
