Recording video streams w/ realplayer

Is this possible? I want to record the live streams on EXPN.com when the FMX finals come on. I have Real Player 10 (the free one). Any ideas?

I grabbed the videos last year with ASFrecorder... but they seem to have changed the format on these a little (they may have added digital copy protection). There is also one called WMR and HDi (or something like that). The easiest may be snagit though... does a good job of grabbing anything playing on your machine.
