how to get the word out about my forum?

Yea does anyone have ideas to get the word out about my forum? I would relly like to get it going. I would like to get a a homepage going then have a link to the forum and other stuff. But i don't know anywhere to get a free homepage and the yahoo one doesn't work for me. Well here cheack out my forum and let me know what your think.

Honestly dude, you're going to need a domain name and a homepage. No one wants to visit a site with all kinds of ads and popups with a really long web address. You need to offer something that gives people incentive to go back. I say if you really want to get it going, you're going to have to spend some money and buy a .com and some hosting, and have sonmeone make your page, or spend some time and learn HTML and make a page.

O ok well i am planing on making ahomepage but a free one i don't want to tie up any money. The proboards forum doesn't have any pop ups atleast not for me. Well can some one give me a ling to some where to make a homepage?
