How much would you pay for these

The most i'd pay would be like 550...it looks like there is black electric tape on the resivore house or line.

I bet that's not electrical tape. i bet it is a pad of some sort. I've seen people put them on that same line because that was a spot that might rub on the frame, and they didn't want it to rub into the line, or the paint off the frame.

OK, THE GUY TOLD me he'd sell them for 650 and that includes shipping ...should i or not cause i need to know
