R bottom end help

I was wondering if it is ok to use case halves from 2 different motors together or if they should be from the same motor

i have done it -along with lots of other people -most change the left case when they send a chain thru it -only thing i ever found was that some r s have had there crank area ported and they dont macht up that way -but other than that -swap them out
