first off, im real sure its liquid cooled, and it would break so much, foul plugs, blow parts, not hav enough air at top speeds, need no air box at all for it to work ok, a pain in the *****

He isn't going to make another one of those. It is a pure race bike anyway and wouldn't be reliable for regular riding. The way you get a 500ex is bore to 465 then stroke it to 500 or more.
