I talked to my dealer yesterday and they tell me probably next week. If you remember the west coast got the YFZ about a week before everyone else did. I am ordering my DRI Fat Boy 4 exhaust today when they open up.

i think i am gonna go with the fmf factory 4 exhaust system, yeah my dealer is saying like the first week of feb. but i dont think they know they been released yet........

My dealer(s) in NH are still saying ship date of Jan28th...and aren't expecting them to arrive until after that date. They didn't believe me when I told them that a few people on the west coast have them in their garages already...

I'm not as far to the east as you guys are but I talked to my dealer today and told him about the west coast arrivals and he said he would call the honda rep to find out what is going on! He also had a hard time believing that people had already received them in the west because they usually send them from the warehouses to the dealers at the same time.

thats the same response i'm getting from my dealer, we should try to call a dealership out west and see if they have them...

i just got off the phone with my dealer and he said they might not promising anything have mine in on monday sometime. this is not a promise my dealer is in northern kentucky.

Just spoke to my dealer again, and the original info he gave me has changed. (I am in Mass. / dealer is in NH.)

He is now saying that the 1st unit is on its way to their shop, and will be here in the next day or so. The remaining 5, on their initial order, will be received within a week or so after that.

So, being 3rd on the list, I wont see mine for another week or two. But at least they're coming to this coast...

My dealer said that our 450's are coming from a wharehouse in chicago. He said that honda has had them there for some time, but he didnt say how long they have been there. does anyone else in the midwest know where you units are coming from?

I'm paying full retail for the quad but I'm supposed to get some deals on accessories.

My dealer let me have it for $6200 plus tax. I dont have to pay freight or set up. he is giving me the HRC kit for around 20% off.
I didnt even try to talk him down any, this deal was done over the phone.

Nope, the dealer the truck ran out of them before it made it this far. I guess that truck was just delivering them to places that had one reserved or something like mine. I went up their and did my financing and looked at the hrc kit. The manual for the kit had some pretty good info in it, like the dyno powercurve for the kit (with no numbers), and how to install. I work on all my own stuff and this looks like a do-it-yourself project so save some money guys.

PEP ZPS coming . no hrc kit for me. i will get a complete exhaust system after i get bike. also just got my 2004 Nacs catalog and it has a lot of 450r stuff in it.

Initial shipment arrived at 1 of my 2 dealers today.

Just saw it 20mins ago sitting in the showroom. Apparently it showed up this AM, but I didn't make it there in time to pick it up this evening, so I will be there at 9AM to pick her up.

Anyways, 450R's are now in NH/Mass.
