I stripped one of the 4 6mm hex bolts at the end of the swingarm. Its the one all the way to the right. How can i get this out?its in there pretty good. Will an easy-out work?:(

Try using a dremel and cutting a slit in it...then you can use a flat-head screwdriver to get it out...that's what I did.

I stripped the same one, leave the other bolts in tight. Take a hack saw to the space in between the two parts of the swingarm that pinch together. Then cut the bolt in half, then take the rest out with some pliars or a vise grip. Since there wont be any tension on the part of the bolt threaded into the swingarm it will be easy to turn. Make sure to leave the other bolts in tight because other wise when u cut the bolt the top half will go flyin like mine did.

you could tac weld a nut on there and then u could take it of with a wrench.

find a torx bit that is a lil bit too big and just beat it into the head of the bolt and try that, or if you tighten the rest of the bolts can you turn this one with a vice grip? as for jb weld, its some pretty impressive stuff, and i use it all the ime on everything, but i dont think itll hold the allen wrench in a stripped bolt.....

I think vise grips would be the easiest way...and you dont end up with your allen wrench welded to a bolt :(

Gee that all sounds difficult when he asked to begin w/ if an easy out would work:confused: sounds like an easy out would work just fine thats what we use but I could be wrong. I just had one snap off of my 300 swingarm onthe left but we just used pliers to grab the bottom of it & unscrew it out! Good luck:)
