K&N jet kit question

Hey i just got a kn jet kit, and was wondering if i should install stage 1 or 2? Is there a very big differince in power. Also it will be going withe a big gun slip on on my 250ex. Thanks.

since stage 2 is a bigger stage than stage one, and bigger is always better, try stage 2
