I was wondering if there was a clamp on the 400ex big gun exhaust where the exhaust pipe and header pipe meet? If sho where could i get one? If not would it be a good idea to put one on? There has been some exhaust coming out of the joint. Will i loose power from this at all? Thanks
Brian

i honestly don't know about the full system. i would call big gun up. i know you were suppose to use an exhaust gasket between the header and silencer with the slip-on. the slip on didn't come with this gasket though. it was the factory honda gasket that came on the bike stock.

Unless they've changed them recently, there is no clamp for the head pipe to silenced on the full system. It's a slip fit, a little snug on mine. I just put a very small amount of hi-temp silly sealer in there and have never had the joint leak. If it leaks a little there I don't think you'll lose any power or hurt anything.

My Big Gun is a full system and it would leak until I bought a cool billet clamp off of ebay. It works sweet and looks really cool even though you can't see it very good with the plastic on:p lol If you want a pic I can send it to ya.
