Do any of the Current nerfs fit the 450R? I want to run Graydon nerfs if possible.

I was told the 400EX bumper fits and the Rear Grab bar is for a 88-89 250R.

What is the Most Common Tire size front and rear for GNCC?

Thanks for the help!

I have ac standard nerfs for mine and the ac stadium bumper. It is true that the 400ex bumper and 250r grab bar will work.

Yes 400EX bumper and 88 89 250R grab bar. It sucks right now to live on the east coast.

Tires for GNCC is commanly 22x11x9 on the rears
And 22x7x10 on the fronts

Get some Razr 2's I can proudly say they are Bad*****, and hook like nothing you ever seen. The tire has a long life, they don't wear too easy!

So is the rumor true. Does the 400ex Pegs work on the 450R.

I kept my Roll pegs that I had on my old quad just in case they would fit.

I also bought a set of the New AC nurfs and Bumper for it!
Now I just need the QUAD!

Has anyone heard anything about x-factor nerf bars??? for the 450r??
they are made by the same company as gibson, that is why they look the same, just different sticker on them...

Pegs might work, the holes don't line up exacly, but its close, the nerfs will not work, a arms will not work, not positive about axle until tonight.

So you think that I could hone out the holes a bit and make the pegs work? That will be great, I love the Roll Pegs and for the price I'd hate to buy another pair!

I bought a pair of AC nerf & Bumper from ATV ADDICTION, They are SWEET! Can't wait to bolt them on. My wife asked me why I was buing parts for a quad that I didn't even have yet? She just doesn't understand!:)

i think you could use your axle if you use the bearing carrier to cause the new stock 450r carrier is different for the dual bearings on the sprocket hub side. Speaking of sprocket hub, you would have to remove the stock 450r alum. sprocket hub and press it onto the splines of your axle. Same with the brake rotor hub. But the old carrier should fit into the new 450r swing arm bearing carrier holder.

are you sure about the sproket hub??? why can't we just use the one on the axle?? i have a 400ex lsr one that already has a hub on it...'
if this is true you will be saving me some money and i will thank you a lot... {cross fingers}

I'm hoping to use the whole swing arm assembly hubs and all, I was told that it would fit with a slight modification?

400exbro, yea,... theres no reason why you can't use your sprocket hub on your axle.
You should be able to swap axle, sprocket hub and bearing carrier right into the new 450r swingarm.

Varmit, the swingarm is not interchangable between the 400ex and the 450r. The swingarm spacers for the motor mounting is different. I've measured them already.

hope this helps.

the 450r is 0.6" longer; 1.0" wider; 0.1" shorter in height; with seat height 0.5" higher; and 0.1" shorter ground clearance than 400EX.

As for the swing arm bolt size/length; I'm not for sure about that, but the swing arm is completely different on the swing arm pivot bolt/spacer side

chad Sorry I sould have asked what is the frame width at the swing arm bolt? If I need to I can redo the front of my Leager swingarm and use the bearings and spacers from the 450r.... But Thanks for that other info also!

what about the splines for the hubs???'
i heard the 450r has a different number of splines compared to the 400ex, which means the 450r hubs will not fit a 400ex axle if this hold true???
i hope they are the same, even though hubs aren't that expensive are they??
Maybe i will just get a rpm axle for the 450r saves me the hassle, unless the 400ex axle and carrier fits no questions asked...
