Why not buy a new set @ $25/ea instead of taking a chance on a used set?

Most people don't - that's why many times, they sell for more than that on eBay.....

The trick is, you have to get them for a 2002+ model. Same hub, different price. A good trick to know - for other parts too.... Front hubs, bearings and all $35 :eek2:

so are you saying that 2002 and up 400ex hubs fit an R? i thought the ex used 24 splines and the R used 25 splines?

250R? We were talking about 400EX's.

No, 400EX hubs will not work on a 250R unless you are using a 400EX axle.

Hey..dont 400ex front hubs fit 88-89 spindles? , wait..then ya gotta run $200 calipar mounts to run R calipars right?

man ..this **** confuses me :o

but what all do you get for $35 if its an 02+ model?

sorry Pap, not trying to hi-jack your tread...just trying to learn from it:blah:

'02 400EX - front hub, studs, bearings, spacer, seals --$35 per assembly

It's these sorts of things that have kept me from buying a YFZ. I'm fairly certain that the 450R will have the same pricing structure & in many cases YFZ parts are 300% higher (or more) than TRX parts. Makes a big difference over the life of the quad, when you're racing XC.

I don't mean to but in here, but do these hubs come from them in red or yellow or are they not colored? I might put some on the back of my V and don't want to have to get them powder coated another color.

I have front hubs with good bearings and rotors. If interested PM me an offer, they will go very cheap. I need to get rid of all my parts even if i take a loss.
