I have a 400ex steering stem off my 00'. It is in perfectly good shape, and has been powdercoated "silver vein". It comes with the handle bar mounts, and bolts. They are also powdercoated silver vein. It is a textured pc that is silver and black. I bought a chrome stem and had no use for it. I never put it on my bike after it was pc'd. I can send you pictures if you want to see it. I'm asking $55 shipped. PM if interested.
