$3523.... sounds like you need to get a damn good job, or save it, sell your blaster, and use both of the money to buy somthing worth doing that too... say a 400EX or somthing

Maybe he likes his blaster. Did you see the one they did an article on in atv sport a couple months ago holy chit!! I agree with ya in a way, a blaster may not be the best quad to use, but if he's comfortable, then its all you trailboss.

what width would +2 a arms put you at on a blaster? Because you don't really want to go much wide than 46 inches (or around that) But for that price couldn't you buy a 400ex?

if you want to XC i reccomend getting a 400ex or Z400

Im over on bluetraxx to

newjacksm ;) you probbably seen me post couple times, But a Blaster with that much money IMO might be a waste thats a lot of money to spend on a quad when on a Z400 or 400ex you can put a nice 416 Kit in it with some port and polish cams pipe suspention tires and some rims. you will be set. 400ex's go for very cheap now adays. I got mine for 2800 in great conditions some flaws. fixed them up now its perfect. the motor never had a problem just some screws and bolts.

but if your going to stick with the blaster

yeah it sounds good good luck with all that money! but in XC man its all about rider! look at harlen. he was pretty much on a stock Z and i think he came second or third over all and first in his class

The thing is I want the FASTEST blaster! I dont want a 400 and be the slowest. I want to be the only person with an XC blaster. I have never heard of one, how about you? Also i love the fealing of blasters. Its not to big or small. And putting +2 aarms on my blaster would make it about 43.9 inches.

a 240 blaster would be hard to keep cool in the woods if you dont keep her moving. You might wanna add a fan to the electrical system to keep er kool and a XC blaster would be great! also think about investing in a larger gas tank and a oil block off kit!:macho

A oil injector b/o kit IMO is a must... they can get a problem quite easy mess up the motor...

Have you considered Burgard a-arms, I think there a little cheaper and good quality...

Good luck with the Blaster...

thanks.. How much do Burgard run? Also i think i will also be getting front/rear breaks. So The whole blaster project may cost about $4500
