exhaust, cams, air filter?!

I want to know which trio of exhaust, cams and air filter will gave me the best power for my stock 400ex motor?! I mostly ride mx tracks, open dunes and i do a little bit of wood riding... thanks

for around 300 bux you can get a high compression piston and hotcams or webcams...
I would get a curtis sparks or hmf exhaust, and uni air filter
