TRX 450R is liek an amazing quad and all but i cant afford to get one and even if i could i rather put like 5000 into my R then buy the 450 and have it stock. I just cant get rid of my R. It doesnt matter how much people say the new 450 will take over the 250R I still think the R is the all time legindary in my mind. Any 250R owners still thinking liek me???

P.S im not saying the 450 is bad its just i love the R too much to sell.

Man I've always wanted an '89. I love those things. If I could afford it I'd buy it off you but I just kinda made a big purchase already and can't afford it now.

I am with you guys on this one. Back in 89' i had a brand new r (bought it for $2,800 out the door, how times have changed  ) sold it and truely regreted it. I bought an arens r last year, and I don't think I will ever sell it. But I will be getting the new 450r as soon as it's in :)

I'm keeping my 89 250r. I think it will be pretty cool to have the last year of the 250r, and the first year of the 450r in my garage!

I'm glad to here that lots are keeping their R's. Becuase no matter what people say they will never get out of "style" or use in my mind. I'm not spending my money on a 450 any time soon. I'd prefer to shoot liek another $6000 before going and buying a new stock quad. Just got to love the old R's.

I'm with you man, i love my 250r and its not going anywhere. It makes me sad too that everybody acts like they aren't going to be able to compete with the new 450's. The 250r has served all quad riders great for almost 20 years, I'm glad to hear theres a few people that will stay with the 250R. I agree the new 450 will be a great quad but i love the feel of the old R.

I am keeping the 89 R and just leaving it where it is, and I am going to get the new 450R and mod it out and beat the sh#* out of it on the race track!!
