popping on 2003 250ex

When I come down off of riding full throttle in the last gear I get some popping from the exhaust. There's no loss of power. In fact I have a LOT more power and a little more top end (60 mph).

Is this normal or can it be adjusted to make the popping go away?

I have a 2003 250ex with the following...Pro circuit T4 complete exhaust system, high flow air filter (w/ no air box cover), and the carb jetted (installed and adjusted by a local Honda shop).

Turn the fuel screw out about 1/2 turn.
