looking to buy photoshop...or something similar

hey guys and gals-
i am in the market for a new photo editing software, and i have fallen in love with photoshop at school, but i cant see dropping $600 for it....i was wondering where i could get it cheaper(like 200-300) legally, without downloading it or w/e....or is there something like photoshop that is cheaper, but has similar features? any help would be appreciated....

the only advice i can give you is to DL it, yea yea its illegal, but so is half the other stuff ppl do on computers today, i have PSP7 and Photoshop, both DL'd

If you're in school, you can buy the education version. Same exact thing. Probably cost your couple hundred. That's it.

Download it, It may be a illegal but it will save you a few 100's if you had to go buy Photoshop. I also have Photoshop 7.

I had a disk with Photoshop on it, maybe I could burn you a copy and send it to you through the mail if you wanted it, but couldn't download it.

my dad was talking about that...but where would/how would i go about getting that? through college stores? or would i need to talk to my school(high school)? thanks .....

Follow the education links. I believe you can order straight from them, you just have to show proof that you are a student.

deffinitly photoshop,you can do so much more....adobe makes the best programs!!
