it helps your axle spin better, it is the carier, and berrings that your axle ride on.

Taco, it's called working all the overtime I can. This is my 9th day in a row. I get unlimited overtime. SO THATS why I'm buying all this STUFF. I figure by all the good stuff now. I ride pretty hard. The 400 I just sold hadn't been rode in 2 years till 2 months ago. You couldn't found a sharper 400. The last 2 months riding MX & TT, hell the frame had no more paint on it. Broke foot pegs and nerf jumping in Georgia lol... That's a bad feeling.

How does the burgard compare with the RAD carrier. The zirk fitting on the side of the RAD carrier seems like a good idea. Grease it with out removing the carrier out of the swinger. The price on the burgard is better though.

YOu pretty much answered your own question. Only difference is price and location of zerk. I"m more than happy with my burgard carrier.

john arens posted a tid bit of info that i hadnt even considered concerning the carriers with the zer located outside the swing arm. he basically said you cant get grease past the seals so what good is it:confused:

you need to take the bolts off on the end of the carrier, and then take the c-clip off that holds it on, then just take a dead-blow or rubber malet and tap it out

well, uh..i got the c clip off, and all that is there is the carrier and that thing that holds the caliper on..but its busted on the left side with the chain adjustments..and some around the other egde..where the c clip was...wat should i do? should i try to twist it some with the one adjustment thing then try and knock it out, or wat?
