E-seris is the slip on it will fit on your stock head pipe, where the pro meg comes with a brand new one that will only fit the to the pro meg pipe,
have you seen the wb advertisment in Dirtwheels where there is a pic of the pipe from the back. that is the pro meg system, with the sivler disks.

If you are going to do engine work i would get the pro meg system. if you don't plan on it i would get the slip on it give great power with the K&N power kit. the best 600$ cdn i ever spent, except for the ac pro pegs.
