Stock400ex swing arms

How many of you have broken your stock 400ex swing arms? If so, how did it break? I am going to be getting a rear shock just wondering if i should get it for +1 swing arm incase i break my stock swing arm.

My friend broke his on the sprocket side, by the pivot bolt. and from what i've heard, that is the common spot.

Right behind front sproket too!!

snapped it in 3 places.

I would go with a 1 or 1 1/4 over any ways especially if your gonna modify your motor a swingarm makes a huge differnce with a 440.

Broke mine right by the the swingarm piviot bolt too on the sprocket side. Did it on a jump. Replaced it with a houser 1 1/4 swingarm
