Aight, saturday at the track i rode a Z400 with a Powerbomb header, and Yosh silencer. and ever since i rode it..my 300 has felt like a slow ***. I'd like to get a Z and mod it, but since 400ex's are goin so cheap now, im wonderin if i should just get a ex and mod it, or should i try to get a 03 Z cheap? cuz tha 300 has got to go after riding this thing! the Z's suspension felt almost perfect to me. I've heard by alot of ppl to get an 03 and buy a frame brace temporaily. then next winter get it gusseted. wat yall think?

The price diff between a ex and Z isnt going to be enough to be able to modd the ex out much... go with the Z....

well i kinda like the dvx400..and we are goin to look at one tomorrom. The 300 is a good quad but after riding that Z400 at the track saturday..i relized..wtf am i doin puttin all this money in a 300ex?? :p

if u keep your 300 and ride it to its full ablitlity you will be soo much faster when u go to a bigger bike . and it feels pretty good beating 400s when ur on 300:p

Ehh I always liked a z400 better then a 400ex.. both frames have problems so dont peeps say that z400 frames suck.. Always got the legendary 250r also..
