what program do u use to paint the frames of a quad on a picture and can i download it or do i need to buy it

You can download it off Kazaa.

Most people use Photoshop. You have to buy the program unless you want an old version of it thats free off the internet.

haha Deal just beat me to it but yes you can DL it from Kazaa but youll also have to find the set of numbers or else you cant use it. If im not mistaken you can download the numbers off Kazaa too. ;)
