lets here it,mine would have to be my air box lid it really added some power and made it sound pretty cool too its made of an old furnace filter and held on with the stock clamps and duct tape;)

on my edleborck i got the thumb throtle version and the pull was to long, so i use my thumb thorttle but hook it up like a twist throttle, however they ddint give me the other plate so i made one out of wsher, i used and expanding bit to make it the right size then drilled wholes in it for bolts and the cable. it works as good as the edelbrock one was free and the pull is just liek stock

once i made a cardboard number plate to make a joke out of my Arctic Cat 300 4x4 it wuz too funny

it's a '90 polaris indy 400cc 2-stroke twin snowmobile engine in a '96 polaris tb frame (75-80hp)

I have also made a honzuki 400.
it was a old lt230 frame witha '82 honda air cooled 400cc 4-stroke twin street bike engine stuffed inside. :eek2: (my dad made most of it) it was my first quad (7yrs old)

i tried to rip out my headlight//speedo that didnt work so it would save steering weight, but i cut a wire and the bike wouldnt start. dont ask which wire, it wasnt even near the engine.

one time i drilled out a pine cone , ran a wire through the center and threaded it in the spark plug hole ...worked perfect:devil:
