im lookin for an outerwear that i can attach to the top of my airbox. i dont wanna buy the K&N "powerlid" or anything, ill just attach it myself such as in the thread (tips to keep water outta the airbox). also, where can i get a blockoff for the snorkle?

how much flow do you think i will lose if i blockoff the snorkle inlet and run a modified airbox lid (as opposed to the same setup with the snorkle). i want to cut out the square part of the lid and attach an outerwear or an equivalent nylon material.

Yeah, they have them at James Lucky ATV. I have it on being used with a uni-filter and have had no problems. I took the snorkel off and cut a piece of thick clear plastic and used the original ring clamp to seal it off at the airbox. I feel that using the outerwears airbox lid is more than sufficient airflow.
