Well i bought this off ebay about 5 months ago...I thought it looked nice but when i got it it was a piece of crap! This is what it looked like after i put some things on it and did things my way!

I will post some pics in about 2 weeks when it is done... red frame, 400ex front end, TCS shocks, fullbore fenders, raptor rear shock, ceet seatcover, curtis sparks 300cc engine....it will be d@mn nice...

on both my quads i have 3+5 rear and 3+2 front i believe....

I checked the website and this is what they have:
rear:
5+5 4+5 3+6 3+5 3+5 3+5

Front:
3+2 4+1 4+5

the arms are american star racing and the engine is a kx 80 and the sprocket is HUUUUGE it almost hits the ground

I like your quad!! I'm curious what size IS your rear sprocket?? I'm looking to do some gearing changes & I dont' wanna go w/ a bigger ront cuz then I can't run my casesaver. I'm wanting more top speed, for about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile track, I think someone told me to run 13/36 but can't remember for sure. Let me know. Thanks;)

you gotta remember, that probably a dirtbike sized sproket, b/c of the dirtbike motor in the quad.

Sorry I'm a blind old lady & couldn't see that it had an 80 motor in it :o :( & Cleanshave I DO have my headlight but had to take itoff for racing but she's goin back on here today, I sat it all back up yesterday to stock height & put my trail tires on it, I DONT' LIKE IT LOL I like it slammed to the ground MUCH better but can't get thru the trails like that :rolleyes:

Yeah dirtmomma I have mine but took it off for the upcoming harescramble season. I think they look much better without it. I did it to just get used to it not being there.

You can mount the reverse/neutral lights on the side of the trim ring that goes around the tank. I have mine on the left and the key on the right.

I was just wondering what everybody else did with the, I have maier one piece front. I drilled 2 holes in front of my gas cap and mounted them there, my fenders sit a little higher because the support in leaning against the shock mount for 400ex shocks.

I'll get pictures when I get mine done too.

kfx"s are bad ***....33 hp liquid cooled dohc 4 valves...how could you go wrong..and alls you hae to do is lower is lower yuor suspension settings to soft or something..doesn't really matter cuz you got 9.1 inches up front 8.3 in the back..and it'll have great handling

The kfx is nice its not mine but I rode it front end is light but thats what makes it so fun they spin up kinda fast and it took a lil bit to get used to the light flywheel kept staling it all and all good bike .But if you whant a new machine the yfz is a real nice machine fast adj shocks and stable .Cant say much for the honda 450 cause I havent had a chance to ride one but they 2 look nice.

I have since re-adjusted the camber and toe in so it's all good. Plus in those pics the bars were turned a hair to the left.
The plastic on my bike is the '87 OEM plastic and it's light grey- looks kind of dirty white in the pics. I have a full set of white Maier plastic but I hated the way it looked and fit so I slapped the stock plastic back on.
