pro circuit t4 header ????

Does anyone have problems with their pipe springs vibrating against the header itself making a loud pinging noise and could you take the springs off and weld the two together.

i haven't heard of this problem but i would call procircuit and see what they can do for you.

maybe try wrapping some heat tape around where the spring vibrates?-darren

i have no problem at all with mine, doesnt viberate at all!!

maybe try finding another spring that will fit on, that is a little stronger(harder to pull) on it, maybe that will solve the problem.

ill tell u what it is bro...its the part where the head pipe meats the exhaust itself.....if that clamp gets loose.....it will vibrate like shyt...mine does it when the clamp gets loose....get a 12mm wrench..and tighten it up and it should stop

yah..mine does that....that **** is so annoying....i tightnened it all the way down & I accidentally stripped the bolts so there stuck at the bottom but o well :rolleyes:

1 of my bolts on my clamp broke..so i only got the other bolt to hold it down....im thinking about taking the cut off wheel and cutting the broke bolt off and going to the hard ware store and get a lock nut and bolt...and put it back in the clamp

good idea ;) :eek2: im gonna do that..on my current clamp im missing a bolt too from when I was tightnening it down the Mf'er snapped off :mad:

i have when bolts break, it sucks!!!

i broke one in my subframe, where it attaches to the frame...hehe.

good thing i have a spare sub-frame, b/c i didnt wanna drill it out, i did it the lazy way,,haha
